Peel the potatoes, wash them and boil them in cold salted water. When they have boiled, drain them and let them cool, then slice them.

In a bowl put eggs, sour cream, milk and salt. Mix everything well.

Grease a baking dish with oil, place a layer of potatoes, put beaten eggs, salami, Parmesan, then another layer of potatoes and finally Parmesan.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the potatoes are nicely browned.

Serve hot with a salad.
