A dish that I tasted for the first time at my wedding and that remained in my soul ... I prepared it for the evening with guests and I was glad to see that they liked it a lot, although I didn't even use the ingredients in the recipe, but what I had in the fridge. I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially when you have guests. It's good, fast and very good looking.

  • 1 boneless chicken breast
  • 1 large pepper
  • cheese (I put a kind of cumin cheese)
  • sliced ​​ham (I put chicken breast parizer)
  • biscuit
  • oil (for frying)

RECIPE PREPARATION Gordon blue:

Cut the chicken breast into larger pieces, beat well and season with salt, pepper, vegeta or whatever spices you want.

On one end of the piece of meat put the ham cut lengthwise, the pepper cut as well as the cheese. It is rolled tightly and for more safety it is caught with a toothpick. Fill all the pieces of meat in the same way, then roll them in breadcrumbs and bake them in an oil bath, over medium heat, not too hard, so that they can penetrate well, not burn them on the surface and inside they are undone.

I served them with straw potatoes, seasoned with granulated garlic. A delicious meal!
