RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken salad with avocado:

The chicken breast can be boiled, but it seems to be much tastier on the grill. Wash, slice, season with salt and pepper and place on the hot grill. 2 minutes on each side and it's ready. Remove to a plate, slice and keep warm. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half and then slice them as finely as possible. Avocado is cut in half, the seeds are removed, peeled lightly, then the long strips are carefully cut. Sprinkle immediately with a little lemon juice. Arrange the tomato slices, chicken breast, avocado and pieces of cheese on 2 plates. In a bowl, prepare the olive oil sauce, the juice of half a lemon, a pinch of salt and honey. Sprinkle the salad with sauce and it can be served immediately. Good appetite! PS: the list of ingredients can continue with lettuce, a few slices of onion- preferably red, croutons and green basil leaves;)
